EEE241 Laboratuvar Raporu Hazırlama ve Teslim Kuralları

Her öğrenci, her deney için bireysel ve tamamen el yazısıyla bir rapor hazırlamalıdır. Raporun sayfaları numaralandırılmalı ve aşağıdaki sıra izlenmelidir:

Kapak Sayfası: Ad ve soyad, öğrenci numarası, ders adı, laboratuvar grubu ve saati, deney tarihi yazılmalıdır.

Preliminary Work (Ön Çalışma): Laboratuvara gelmeden önce tamamlanmalıdır. İstenen tüm soru çözümleri, hesaplamalar ve grafikler eksiksiz hazırlanmalıdır.

Experimental Work (Deneysel Çalışma): Deney sırasında ölçülen değerler bir kâğıda kaydedilmeli ve laboratuvar asistanına imzalatılmalıdır. İmzalı ölçüm kâğıdı, değiştirilmeden ve yeniden yazılmadan rapora eklenmelidir.

Conclusion (Sonuç): Deney sonrasında istenen sorular cevaplanmalı, değerlendirmeler ve yorumlar tamamlanmalıdır.

Tamamlanan rapor, kapak → preliminary work → experimental work → conclusion sırası korunarak okunaklı biçimde taranmalı ve tek bir PDF dosyası olarak paylaşılan bağlantı üzerinden yüklenmelidir. Yüklemeden önce tüm sayfaların eksiksiz ve okunaklı olduğunu kontrol ediniz.

Son teslim zamanı: Deneyin yapıldığı haftanın pazar günü saat 23.59

EEE241 Laboratory Report Preparation and Submission Guidelines

Each student must prepare an individual, entirely handwritten report for each experiment. All pages must be numbered, and the report must follow the order below:

Cover Page: Include your full name, student ID number, course name, laboratory group and session time, and experiment date.

Preliminary Work: Complete this section before attending the laboratory session. Include all required problem solutions, calculations, and graphs.

Experimental Work: Record your measurements on a sheet of paper during the experiment and have it signed by the laboratory assistant. Include the original signed measurement sheet in your report without altering or rewriting it.

Conclusion: After the experiment, answer all required questions and complete the evaluations and discussions.

Scan the completed report clearly, preserving the order cover page → preliminary work → experimental work → conclusion, and upload it as a single PDF file through the provided link. Before uploading, check that all pages are included and readable.

Submission deadline: 23:59 on SUNDAY of the week in which the experiment is performed.

1. Deneyler ve rapor hazırlama

Her deney üç bölümden oluşmaktadır: Preliminary Work (Ön Çalışma), Experimental Work (Deneysel Çalışma) ve Conclusion (Sonuç). Her öğrenci, her haftanın deneyi için bireysel bir rapor hazırlamalıdır.

Rapor aşağıdaki sırayla düzenlenmeli ve sayfaları numaralandırılmalıdır:

Kapak sayfası: Ad ve soyad, öğrenci numarası, ders adı, laboratuvar grubu ve saati, deney tarihi bulunmalıdır.

Preliminary Work (Ön Çalışma): Bu bölüm laboratuvara gelmeden önce tamamlanmalıdır. İstenen tüm soru çözümleri, grafikler ve diğer çalışmalar eksiksiz yapılmalıdır.

Experimental Work (Deneysel Çalışma): Deney sırasında ölçülen değerler bir kâğıda kaydedilmeli ve bu kâğıt laboratuvar asistanına imzalatılmalıdır. İmzalı ölçüm kâğıdı, değiştirilmeden ve yeniden yazılmadan rapora eklenmelidir.

Conclusion (Sonuç): Deney sonrasında bu bölümde istenen sorular, değerlendirmeler ve yorumlar tamamlanmalıdır.

Raporun tüm bölümleri, grafikler ve hesaplamalar dâhil, el yazısıyla hazırlanmalıdır.

2. Rapor teslimi

Raporların son teslim zamanı, deneyin yapıldığı haftanın pazar günü saat 23.59’dir.

Tamamlanan rapor, sayfa sırası korunarak okunaklı biçimde taranmalı ve tek bir PDF dosyasına dönüştürülmelidir. Raporlar çevrim içi bir sistem üzerinden teslim edilecektir. Teslim bağlantısı daha sonra paylaşılacaktır.

3. Notlandırma

Laboratuvar notu aşağıdaki ağırlıklara göre hesaplanacaktır:

Raporlar: %20

Final sınavı: %40

Quizler: %40

4. Devam zorunluluğu

Dönem boyunca toplam 8 deney yapılacaktır. Öğrencilerin en fazla 2 devamsızlık hakkı bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü devamsızlıkta öğrenci hem laboratuvardan hem de EEE241 dersinden başarısız sayılacaktır.

Tüm öğrencilerin bu kurallara uyması ve raporlarını belirtilen süre içinde teslim etmesi gerekmektedir.

Conclusion: Complete all required questions, evaluations, and discussions in this section after the experiment.

The entire report, including graphs and calculations, must be handwritten.

2. Report submission

The submission deadline is 23:59 on SUNDAY of the week in which the experiment is performed.

Scan the completed report clearly, preserving the required page order, and convert it into a single PDF file. Reports will be submitted through an online system. The submission link will be shared later.

3. Grading

The laboratory grade will be calculated using the following weights:

Reports: 20%

Final examination: 40%

Quizzes: 40%

4. Attendance requirement

There will be 8 experiments during the semester. Students are allowed a maximum of 2 absences. Upon the third absence, the student will fail both the laboratory and the EEE241 course.

All students are required to follow these rules and submit their reports by the stated deadline.
